I have been making these skirts for the past couple of months, and really enjoy doing it. I receive lots of compliments whenever I wear these skirts, and have been asked to make some for s couple ladies in my church. They love them....Anyway, I would like to possibly start a little side business making these, but would like to hear some feedback. If you would like me to make you one, just send me a quick email (amazinglove1611@yahoo.com), and we can discuss how you would like your skirt made. Thanks for considering!

Happy Birthday Kaitlyn
My Dearest Kaitlyn! Happy 16th Birthday!!!
Kaitlyn usually writes everything on our blog, but I thought I would take a moment to share some things about Kaitlyn on this special day.(she's not happy about this...lol) Kaitlyn has been an exceptional child from birth! She was always very quiet...I could take her anywhere in her car seat and just set her in the corner and go about whatever I was doing without a peep from her. From the very start she slept through the night and she pretty much potty trained herself in a week. From the start of school, Kaitlyn aimed to please her teachers always and was an excellent student. I remember in Kindergarten her teacher would say she didn't like to play...she would rather sit beside the teacher and have a conversation! As she continued in school, she became very active in Choir, band, volleyball, cheerleading, Bible quiz and many other Academic Meet events and still held very high grades. Her 7th grade year we started homeschooling. She has continued to be disciplined in her schooling and is a very active part of her church and youth group. She loves playing music and has the house clean and dinner ready for me when I get home from work. She loves and fears the Lord and sets her standards by his Word...What more could a parent ask for! She has set very high standards for herself...so much so that I couldn't improve on them. I know she's not perfect(ex:keep sharp objects away from her), but many parents find their teenagers to be a burden...Kaitlyn has never been that, and I can say as a teenager...she is a BLESSING! I thank the Lord that she seeks him first daily and wants what he wants for her life. I love you Kaitlyn...
